16 березня Фізико-математичний факультет СумДПУ імені А.С. Макаренка гостинно відкрив свої двері для майбутніх студентів. Абітурієнти мали змогу ближче познайомитися з навчальним процесом, спеціальностями та можливостями, які пропонує факультет.
З вітальним словом виступили перший проректор університету доцент Ганна ЗАІКІНА та декан факультету, професор Михайло КАЛЕНИК, який розповів про основні переваги навчання, спектр спеціальностей та перспективи для студентів. Представники кафедр, зокрема, завідувачка кафедри бізнес-економіки та адміністрування Вікторія БОЖКОВА, завідувачка кафедри інформатики Неля ДЕГТЯРЬОВА та доцент кафедри математики, фізики та методик їх навчання Алла САЛТИКОВА, докладно ознайомили присутніх із особливостями кожного напряму. Студентський декан Фізмату, Анжела БАЙДАК, розповіла про веселе і наповнене можливостей студентське життя на факультеті.
Відповідальний секретар приймальної комісії Ірина МИХАЙЛИЧЕНКО надала важливу інформацію щодо правил вступу на навчання та особливостей проведення НМТ у цьому році. Абітурієнти також мали можливість пройти тренувальне НМТ з математики та фізики, розв'язати завдання та отримати корисні поради щодо розв’язання. Після проходження тренувального тестування викладачі Юрій ХВОРОСТІНА та Алла САЛТИКОВА провели аналіз тестових завдань.
Екскурсія факультетом подарувала гостям унікальний шанс побачити сучасні фізичні лабораторії, провести цікаві експерименти, доторкнутися до світу науки у планетарії та відчути атмосферу студентського життя.
Майбутні студенти залишилися задоволені заходом та з нетерпінням чекають на початок навчання. Ми будемо раді вітати вас у нашій дружній фізико-математичній родині вже у вересні!

On March 16, the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko warmly welcomed prospective students. Applicants had the opportunity to learn more about the academic program, majors, and opportunities offered by the faculty.
The university’s First Vice Rector, Associate Professor Anna ZAIKINA, and the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Mykhailo KALENYK, delivered welcoming remarks. Professor Kalenyk spoke about the main advantages of studying there, the range of majors, and the prospects for students. Representatives of the departments, including the Head of the Department of Business Economics and Administration, Viktoria BOZHKOVA; the Head of the Department of Computer Science, Nelia DEGTYAROVA; and Associate Professor of the Department of Mathematics, Physics, and Methods of Teaching Them, Alla SALTYKOVA, provided attendees with a detailed overview of the unique features of each program. The Student Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, Anzhela BAIDAK, spoke about the fun and opportunity-filled student life at the faculty.
Iryna MYKHAILYCHENKO, Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee, provided important information regarding admission rules and the specifics of this year’s National Entrance Exam (NEE). Prospective students also had the opportunity to take a practice NEE in mathematics and physics, solve problems, and receive helpful tips on how to solve them. After completing the practice test, instructors Yuriy Khvorostin and Alla Saltykova analyzed the test questions.
A tour of the faculty gave guests a unique chance to see modern physics laboratories, conduct interesting experiments, experience the world of science at the planetarium, and get a feel for student life.
