Відповідно до розпорядження Президента України «Про призначення грантів Президента України для підтримки наукових досліджень і розробок молодих вчених» та рішення наукової ради Національного фонду досліджень України у СумДПУ під керівництвом д.ф., ст. викл. каф. бізнес-економіки та адміністрування Олени ОМЕЛЬЯНЕНКО буде реалізуватися проєкт «Інноваційні стратегії розвитку резилієнтності громад: поєднання організації життєвого простору, розвитку людського капіталу та соціального партнерства для відновлення постконфліктних територій».
Проєкт спрямований на дослідження сучасних підходів до відновлення постраждалих територій України в умовах післявоєнної трансформації та формування ефективних механізмів підвищення резилієнтності територіальних громад. Особлива увага приділятиметься поєднанню просторової організації життєвого середовища та впровадженню інноваційних моделей управління місцевим розвитком.
Реалізація такого проєкту є важливим кроком для посилення наукового потенціалу університету та практичного впровадження сучасних підходів до відновлення українських громад в умовах нових суспільних викликів.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On the Allocation of Grants by the President of Ukraine to Support Scientific Research and Development by Young Scientists” and the decision of the Scientific Council of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine, Sumy State Pedagogical University, under the leadership of Olena OMELIANENKO, Ph.D., Senior Lecturer at the Department of Business Economics and Administration Olena OMELIANENKO, the project “Innovative Strategies for Developing Community Resilience: Combining the Organization of Living Space, Human Capital Development, and Social Partnership for the Recovery of Post-Conflict Territories” will be implemented.
The project aims to explore contemporary approaches to the recovery of affected regions in Ukraine in the context of post-war transformation and to develop effective mechanisms for enhancing the resilience of local communities. Particular attention will be paid to integrating the spatial organization of the living environment with the implementation of innovative models for managing local development.
The implementation of this project is an important step toward strengthening the university’s research capacity and the practical application of modern approaches to the recovery of Ukrainian communities in the face of new societal challenges.
